ok So I have been going to Weight Watchers for 2 months and have lost 10 pounds ! It has been a slow process but I have learned alot. The first thing I learned is yes it does matter what you eat! And It is my choice to put it in my body. I have never thought about food as a choice of good verses evil. and let me tell you it is good over evil! Think about your favorite sweet. Mine is Cheesecake I love cheesecake it is the one food I dream about! I have these dreams where I can just sit and eat cheese cake and never gain weight. I love this dream I always wake up happy and feel great after I have this dream but lately my dreams include some form of food chasing me trying to get me to eat it. I have been feeling like this during the day as well sometimes i get it in my mind that I need a treat like a cookie or something and I will think about it all day so I have to force my self to eat a rice cake or something else just beacause it is so hard not to make cookies! Josh is another factor in my need for treats he defines the word treathead and is always needing a treat He does not do it to be mean or try to cause problems for me I think the treats are a stress reliever for him. And he is so active that he never gains any weight. let me tell you what a problem this is for me! I swear I just look at a brownie and it jumps to my belly roll it is so depressing.
In all of this ranting there is a point and that is that food is a choice! My whole point today is make the choice for good food so you can avoid all of this stress and food sadness so you can live a long healthy life! It is my goal from now on to teach my family and help them loose weight if they need to I am going to lead by example.

Turning Over a New Leaf
So Because this is January and the month for New Years Resolutions I made the one that I make every year which is to lose weight! But this year I am serious more serious than I think I have ever been! I have had some health problems and feel the worst I have ever felt in my life! I just do not have the energy to keep up with the kids anymore and my biggest eye opener was our trip to Zions Canyon! I could barely keep up with my family! I was embarrassed and I decided right then and there that I could not go on like this anymore. So today I joined weight watchers with the help of my mom who has been going for a while.
I have decided that this blog is going to be the place that i talk about my experience. Be for i go any further I have to say that my goal is to lose 50 pounds by the end of June which gives me 6 months to do it. The person who helped me today said that this is doable as long as I lose 2.5 pounds a week which is what they say you will lose if you follow the plan. Now I will say that I am probably going to whine and cry so if you don't want to hear me whine and cry don't read this blog. I hope that this will be easier than I think it will be because I am scared that I can't do it! I am trying to get Jyeles to do this with me and hope that she will do it too!
you know I really thought that we ate pretty healthy meals but I guess the trick is to use the label and eat the serving size because we are fat almost all of us here.
Already I can tell you that this is has been hard of us as a family the kids are really feeling deprived. Last night we went to Josh's moms and she had brownies! let me just say that they are my favorite but I refrained the kids however fell on them like they had never seen chocolate before! It was pretty funny even Wyatt expressed how much he loves and misses chocolate. Jyeles complains about how hungry she is all of the time but I keep telling her how much better she will feel as the weight slowly comes off. All she cares about is what she will get if she actually looses weight.
So like i said before this is my new weight watchers blog and I hope that if you have any moral support or good advice you will leave it for me because I can use all of the help I can Get

October and November update
Hey Everybody!!
I am sorry I am a little behind this time I guess our life is a little crazy right now! October was a whirlwind with the lawn business coming to a close and us trying to get all of the billing and other things taken care of as well as me working and all of the school projects not to mention Halloween!
Jyeles has been working on her Country report for a while now she has the country Argentina her favorite thing about the Country is that the kids have a game where they put a duck in a basket and play with it like a baseball. She thinks this is funny she even found a picture of the kids doing this and put it on the front of her report. This is keeping us up late because she has a lot to do. For those of you who don't know she has gotten her cast off and will keep it off until January. In January they will decide if she needs another cast or if she will have surgery or if it has healed enough that she does not need anything. This is what we are hoping for. She was a 50's person for Halloween and my mom made her a cute poodle skirt. She had a great time Trick or Treating with her friend and us. She is now looking forward to Thanksgiving Break and turning her country report in.
Cole is doing great too! She has been learning about Indians and her class has been divided up into tribes she is a Hopi and she is trying hard to be the Chief they are earning feathers for her headband and whoever has the most gets to be chief. This is a very big deal! She is having a Pow Wow next week and cannot wait. Cole's teacher is Spanish and she pretty much speaks Spanish all day. I worried that this would be hard for cole..I was volunteering in her class room last week and all the questions Cole asked she asked in Spanish I about fell out of my chair! You have to know that the kids have been learning Spanish since Kindergarten so she knows allot but I did not realize how fluent she she was it was a huge surprise. She loves school and her friends. Cole had a great Halloween she was a mermaid and her Grandma made her a beautiful costume she thought she was beautiful she also won her schools costume contest.
Syepris is great as well! She is just getting over a cold but other than that she is good. She is having a good year in preschool she is learning a lot. We are practicing with her because she is writing some of her letters backwards. We have decided that it is because she is left handed and so somethings she is seeing backwards. So this is new a new experience for me and I am having a hard time figuring out what to do with her. She had a great Halloween she was Tinkerbell and had an adorable costume. She is growing up so fast I can hardly believe it.
Wyatt is growing up too fast he just started sitting up and he is so interested in what is going on around him. he is also teething so he is just a puddle all the time. He is so smiley and giggly all the time everyone just loves him. It is funny we have people walk up to us just to look at him. He is a great thing to have in the Salon as well everyone just loves him and they come in to see him and most of them get a hair cut or something. Wyatt was a army baby for Halloween. We had a hard time finding a costume this year I guess it is because he is a boy I don't know but it is certainly different.
Josh has had a great October. He was able to harvest a big deer and he is thrilled. I don't know how thrilled I am but, ok! He is working hard in school and doing well in his classes. As much as he enjoys lawn mowing he is glad it is over this year he has been very sleep deprived this semester, more homework than he has had for a while. He is just a busy body especially now that he has to have the kids 3 days a week. I think that me going to work has been a big eye opener for him and he has learned a lot he does not complain as much as he used to about me not getting all the things done I had planned on he no realizes that his time is not his own when the kids are here.
I am doing good as well working hard and loving it. I decided that I am pretty lucky I have a great family and a good job good friends and neighbors what more could a person ask for right? Well guess what? I am finally getting a sister!! That's right Judd has finally found the right girl. We are very lucky he found a wonderful woman named Torrey. She is finishing up her bachelors in communications and will be done in the spring. She is also an actress and a singer and we love her. Judd is very lucky and I am very excited to have a sister we have a lot in common and we love doing things together. We will have a wedding on January 18th in the Bountiful Temple so put it on you calendar!!
I am sorry that I have not been able to update the pictures until now but I broke my camera and I just got a new one so here is some updated pictures
Because the Holiday Season is upon us and I know everyone will be busy I want to say now that I hope everyone has an awesome holiday and New Year and I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the family parties
WE LOVE YOU ALL

Well everyone has started school and so far so good.
Jyeles was sick for a few days and we were not sure if she was ever going to get better I think she was getting worried herself. She learned a few lessons about having upset stomachs and how to monitor and limit your food intake. She got really sick one night after she ate a bunch of crackers and she said she would never eat again. Being sick was hard for her and I know she is glad to be better. She loves school she has the same teacher she had last year and she is feeling very lucky. Her school is set up like a Junior High so she moves in between 3 classes and 3 teachers she likes this and it helps her to not get bored. She is learning spanish as well and is enjoying it.
Cole is doing great in school her teacher is Mrs. Broceno she is from Spain. Cole is learning alot and she is reading and writing so well. She is such a joy to wake up in the morning she just bounces out of bed and Can't wait to go to school. She is also learning how to speak spanish and I think if she keeps going they way she if going she will be able to understand and speak
it quite well. She already understands quite a bit.
We had a scare with her for a few weeks. We were not sure what was wrong with her and had her tested for everything under the sun including Mono. We are still not sure what she had as all of the tests came back negative. But she is much better and back to herself although she is really tired when she gets home from school. I think that she is just having an adjustment to all day but she is funny she gets home and lays down for about and hour and then she is just fine.
Syepris will start school on Sept.4th and she is very happy and excited she is a little nervous because she will have a sub for a few weeks while her teacher recovers from knee surgery but I know she will do great when she sees all of her friends and gets back into the swing of things. She gets to go Monday- Thursday for 4 hours so it will be more schol for her but I know that she will love it. She bought a back pack with wheels on it and she is so excited. she has had a very busy summer and loves going to her grandma Laraine's and playing with her friends in her play house.
Wyatt is growing so fast I don't have any new pictures right now but I will get some in the next few days. He has started loosing his hair and we are keeping our fingers crossed that it will stay red but you never know. He is rolling over and smiling and trying to laugh he is just adorable right now. He is such a good boy for his daddy while his mommy works we are so happy that he is being so good i was nervous that he would not like it if I worked
Josh has started school as well and is doing his last math class. He is very excited. He is also taking a few engineering classes one that he gets to design and make tools that he is very excited about. He is getting so close to finishing but is is getting hard to keep going but he is hanging in there. He is still mowing lawns but there is just two months left so he will be very busy for a while so we love you if you don't see you until November.
I am also doing great!!
I love my Job
Just a reminder I am at the Regis Salon in the Newgate Mall

Life just gets busier and busier but I hope that all the hard work will pay off eventually.
